Geology Trail

The Geology trail is .8 miles long and parts of the trail join with the Water Loop and Salado Greenway trails. It is named the geology trail as the layers of geologic sedimentation are visible.

Trail Features:

• Trail surfaces alternate between decomposed granite (DG) and paved

Pets are welcome on all of the trails. They must be kept on a leash, and owners must clean up after their pets, including disposing of bags in trashcans. Mutt Mitts dispensers and trashcans are found at many of the trailheads, at the playgrounds, and near buildings.
