Native Plant Society, San Antonio Chapter
The San Antonio Chapter of the Native Plant Society (NPSOT-SA) works with the Conservancy to provide programs in the park.
San Antonio Parks & Recreation
The City’s Parks and Recreation Department (SAPAR) works closely with the PHP Conservancy in planning Conservancy-sponsored education programs, developing the park, as well as restoring and protecting the natural areas within the park.
Texan By Nature
The Conservancy has partnered with Texan By Nature to promote nature education programs and environmental stewardship.
Texas Children in Nature
Phil Hardberger Park children’s events are constructed with help from our partner, Texas Children in Nature
Texas Master Gardeners
The Texas Master Gardeners are the experts in the Children’s Vegetable Garden teaching children how to grow their own food.
Texas Master Naturalists
The Alamo Area Master Naturalist (AAMN) volunteers work closely with the Conservancy and Park staff in all aspects of the park, from weeding invasive plants to assisting in education programs.
The San Antonio Library partners with the Conservancy and Park Staff to provide story time and yoga in the park.
The PHP Coservancy is partners with Leave No Trace and together we promote respectful use of nature.
Friends of the San Antonio Natural Areas is dedicated to promoting stewardship and appreciation of the natural areas of San Antonio.
