Bring some friends or the whole family for a morning walk in the park! Have you ever been to the Land Bridge? Join us for a guided nature hike with our in-house educator, Mr. David! Afterward, we'll make seed balls in the classroom to take home!

We'll start at the Urban Ecology Center on our N.W. Military Rd entrance, then walk through the Savannah and visit our Demonstration Garden then make our way to the Land Bridge. When we return to the courtyard, we'll make Seedballs to take home and plant before spring.

What To Expect:

Our guided hikes are approximately an hour and a half long. The introduction will begin at 9 am and the hike will start promptly at 9:10a. Afterward, we will make seedballs in the courtyard, after 10:30 am.

Please wear closde-toed shoes and bring some water to drink! Dress for the weather, as it may be chilly.

Restrooms are available near the parking lot.

This two hour hike may finish early depending on the size and ability of the group. Wear comfortable shoes, bring water to drink and dress for the weather!
