Set at the park’s Historic Homestead, the PHP Children’s Vegetable Garden is a place for children 5 to 14 years old to get their hands dirty as they learn every aspect of gardening, from planting to harvesting. 

Siblings under 5 years old are not allowed inside the garden.

Details:

• Cost is $75* per plot, with up to three children per family sharing a plot

• Parent-Guardian Orientation Tues., Aug.. 22, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

• Program Begins Tues., Aug. 29, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

• Classes meet every Tuesday from Aug. 29 to Dec. 5, 2023
