Join us for an in-person nature walk led by Michael Nentwich of The Bexar Branches Alliance! Learn about the many understory and canopy trees in our area by appreciating the beauty of the natural area and observing how nature changes through the seasons. Along the walk, you will be introduced to the common tree species found in the park.
Note: Please wear closed-toed shoes, dress according to the weather, and bring some water to drink! Restrooms are available near the parking lot.
*For anyone interested in enjoying nature and learning about area trees!
This talk is part of our monthly 4th Saturday Nature Walk series provided by our Alamo Area Master Naturalists and the Alamo Group of the Sierra Club, with the Native Plant Society of Texas, San Antonio.
