The new Robert L.B. Tobin Land Bridge at Phil Hardberger Park has two jewels that sit atop it. There are two Wildlife Blinds that are also public art pieces, designed by San Antonio artists Ashley Mireles and Cade Bradshaw.

This micro-documentary by Screenville Films shows a behind-the-scenes look at the development of this public art installation. Hear from the visionaries who made this project happen including the park's namesake, former San Antonio Mayor Phil Hardberger.
